Start of Something (Finally)
Okay, so I am finally going to make the step to a ‘Get Healthy’ blog!
Reasons:
-Help me recover from Bulimia
-Tired of feeling like shit and being out of shape
-Self esteem
-Weather is finally nice enough for me to bike (I’m a lazy bum, I know)
Method:
-Eat more like I do normally (I am an exchange student in Belgium right now which inhibits my normally vegan diet D,:)
-Excercise (atleast 3 days a week, but aiming for every day :3)
-Go one week without an ED episode (done it before, but not for a while)
-Say 5 nice things to myself while looking at myself in the mirror every day)
